User-friendly Spectank® is a soaking application that will remove fat, oil, grease and black carbon from heavy-use cooking equipment. Grills, filters, gastro trays, pots, pans etc., will be like new, sanitised and shiny with minimal effort or cost. You can remove ‘scrubbing’ from your kitchen porter’s job description.
Our full-service Spectank® rental solutions allow you to use the tank, but leave all the maintenance to us. Our experienced technicians will drain, clean and refresh your tank each month. Your payment also includes all maintenance, training, non-scheduled call-outs, parts or tank replacements.

Spectank® works 24/7 and can be used for day and night time soaking.
Therefore, you can clean pots, pans and baking trays directly after use; more heavily used items such as grills, filters and gas rings will benefit from a longer overnight soak.
Spectank® reduces costs in two ways:
1. Reduction in resources, including hot water, chemicals and labour costs
2. The option to redistribute staff to improve their skills, overall team efficiency and reduce staffing costs
Our smallest unit is the Mini-Mini which requires at least 80cm x 40cm floor and 75cm height space. Our Vital Hospitality team is adept at viewing kitchens with fresh eyes and can create suitable space when necessary.
CARBSOLVE® chemicals last at least one month. As part of the monthly Spectank® service, we undertake all maintenance, including a scheduled monthly service to refresh the tank.
